Self exclusion locks you out of your account for a longer stretch and removes you from all our marketing. You can choose 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, 5 years or indefinitely.
To set it up, go to My Account, open Responsible Social Gameplay and choose the self exclude option. Before you do, we recommend redeeming any eligible Sweeps Coins.
You can also email [email protected] with the subject SELF-EXCLUDE FROM RUSH.US and include your full name and the user ID or email on your account. We'll disable your account straight away and reach out within 24 hours to agree on how long the exclusion lasts.
A set period can't be ended early, and your account will reopen on its own once it's over. If you choose indefinite, it can only be lifted after at least 6 months, followed by a 7 day cooling off period.
Please don't open a new account while you're excluded.
