Message us in live chat or email [email protected] and ask us to close your account.
Any Gold Coins on the account are forfeited, since they have no cash value. Any eligible Sweeps Coins will be redeemed for you. The usual 100 Sweeps Coin minimum doesn't apply when you close your account, but playthrough, verification and eligibility rules still do.
You can ask to reopen a closed account later, but we review every request and may say no, especially after a self exclusion.
