Go to My Account, open Responsible Social Gameplay and choose Take a Break. You can pick 1, 3, 7 or 30 days.
While you're on a break you won't be able to get into your account, and the break can't be ended early.
If you need more time away, self exclusion lets you step back for 6 months or longer.
