How do I opt out of arbitration?

You can opt out of the arbitration clause in our Terms of Service within 30 days of first accepting them. Email [email protected] with the subject line ARBITRATION OPT OUT, and include your first and last name along with a short statement that you decline the arbitration clause.

Requests sent after the 30 days are up can't be accepted. Section 20 of our Terms of Service has the full details.
