Next, take a plain white 4" x 6" postcard or a 4" x 6" piece of plain white unlined paper and handwrite your full name exactly as it appears on your government ID, the email on your Rush account, the address on your account, your mail in code, and this statement: "I am requesting Sweeps Coins from Rush Social LLC to participate in promotional sweepstakes activities. In doing so, I have read and agree to adhere to and be bound by Rush Social LLC's Terms and Conditions and Sweepstakes Rules."
Put it in a stamped #10 envelope without folding it, and handwrite this address on the front:

Please send one request per envelope, and mail it from the same state as your verified address. Your handwriting needs to be readable or the request won't count. Requests sent by someone else or by an entry service aren't accepted, and each request is valid for 60 days from your last login.
