Go to My Account, open Responsible Social Gameplay and choose Purchase Limits. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly limit. Once you reach it, you won't be able to buy more Gold Coins until it resets.
If you lower your limit, the change happens right away. If you raise it or remove it, the change takes effect after 72 hours.
